This is a small, independently run travel guide. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the site and respond to visitors who reach out.

What we collect

If you use the "Get in touch" form or leave your email on the trip planner, we store the email address you provide so we can reply or send the information you asked for. That's the only personal data this site collects directly. We don't sell or share this data with third parties.

Cookies and third-party content

This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it, which sets cookies to distinguish returning visitors. A few pages also embed content from other services, which have their own privacy practices:

• Google Analytics, for aggregate traffic and usage statistics.
• Google Fonts, to load the typefaces used across the site.
• YouTube's privacy-enhanced embed (youtube-nocookie.com) for the occasional video.

Affiliate links

Some outbound links to hotels, tours, and other bookings are affiliate links — see the affiliate disclosure page for how those work. Once you click through, the booking partner's own privacy policy applies to whatever you do on their site.
